The Savagnin is a very typical wine! Either we adore it or we hate it! Will you dare to taste it?
In fact, savagnin is vinified in its purest traditional Jura method. After a few years of aging under sail (without sagging), it acquires aromatic notes of nuts and spices (not to be confused with a bouchonné or madérisé wine) so original that some unpasteurized palates can be surprised. And yet this is a great wine of its kind!
That's why it also does wonderfully in the kitchen. You can use it without moderation in your culinary preparations made with creamy sauce, it will give another face to your kitchen.
