Our flowers are not processed and come from our orchard. We therefore develop our frosts only once a year and we apologize for any breaks.
Our flower jelly is made with 5g of flower petals per 100g of finished product ie 58g of sugar and 75g of water. Pectin of fruits: quinces.
Store in a cool place and consume within one month after opening.
We are producer harvester transformer.
Our jellies of flowers will sublimate your pancakes and yogurts. They will showcase your cheeses and desserts on vanilla ice cream with meringues.
