It was Jacques KLAUS who in 1856 founded the Klaus Chocolate Factory.
He established his factory in the French and Swiss Jura, in the heart of pastures, in order to provide easily essential fresh milk to the production of caramels.
Nearly a century and a half later, the tradition continues and the desire to make quality products has remained the same.
Klaus caramels are made from noble ingredients, such as butter and fresh milk in containers of copper, according to a traditional recipe jealously guarded.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, butter 13.6%, whole milk powder, Salins-les-Bains 1.9% salt.
May contain traces of: nuts, gluten, egg, soy.
